Emma Ceberano, owner of Emmalani Hawaiian Quilts was introduced to the world of Hawaiian Quilt making by her Hawaiian friend, LaVerne Bessert, who has made several trips to the Philippines to discover where the “master quilters” did their fine quilt work. Their goal also has always been to not only provide an income stream for the women involved in the quilt making process in the Philippines, but also to make their exquisite product available to you at a reasonable cost. Needless to say, these same quilts are been sold today in many Hawaiian product stores throughout the islands at prices ranging from $800-$3,500.
